Dear Pam:
The Retail Sales Training Workshop was excellent and just the kick we needed to gear up for the holiday season. There was a lot of information, lot's of depth and great techniques to use when appropriate.
It was a combination of a refresher course along with some new and unique techniques.
We highly recommend any retail business take this workshop for all employees. It is packed with a wealth of tools, techniques, information and well worth the time.
Thank you Pam...you are diligent and gave a great
presentation.
Sincerely,
